IMO, if somebody has access to the internet or a calculator, and knows how to input the question into their calculator or Wolfram, then the "person computer system" as a whole effectively "knows" that type of math.
So, even if a person doesn't know the first thing about math and doesn't even know how addition works, if they're able to input an equation properly and get the right result, then they system they're a part of knows that math.
Using this mode of thinking, every person on Earth with a smartphone is a polymath.
