>Get home, kinda tired but ok.
>Sit at my desk after tidying things up.
>Open my laptop.
>Think to myself “I’m hungry, let’s order some food and watch a movie”
But then a tiny voice says
“Maybe I could do some more work because that will lead to a better tomorrow for me, I think I can push myself a litttle more and tomorrow will be better”
>I Consider it, ignore it, order food and watch a movie.

What was that voice? Was it my conscience? And scientifically speaking, what’s happening in my brain for this dialogue to occur? Are my frontal lobes fighting my animal brain? SHOULD I always follow this voice? Do you have this?
