Are gases bouncing and mixing between each other like shapeless balloons?

how does that creates pressure, is one atmosfere very little pressure or too much incomparison with its absence?

The first thing to understand about gasses is that their molecules rarely interact with eachother. Most of the time, a gas particle is going to bounce off of a solid or liquid, then keep travelling until it bumps off of another solid or liquid. Air pressure can result from that just because there's so goddamn many gas particles each individually bouncing off of the object. Wind is just a whole bunch of gas particles that all, coincidentally, have some consistent direction in their path.

Wind is the bulk movement of air molecules from a relatively high pressure zone to a low pressure zone. On a molecular level you can imagine a gas molecule that is moving in a random direction. To its left there is a greater density (pressure) of molecules and to its right there is a smaller density. If the gas molecule collides with something (another gas molecule, a solid surface, anything) that directs it to the left, it is more likely to collide with another gas molecule and change direction than if it were directed to the right. It's really all down to statistics.
