to what extent it is polymerized who the hell knows. Also, not all polymers are plastics, there are plenty of naturally occuring polymers that are not plastics.

"Seasoning" is a combination of black oxides, phosphates, and carbonized oil.
The coating doesn't polymerize in the modern sense, so there are no endocrine-disrupting precursors used.

ok buddy. except polymer means a chain of repeating units (molecules). DNA is a protein, and some sugars you eat form protein chains.
