The TL;DR of it is that scientific racism was never debunked, but rather it was silenced for the sake of political correctness.
You can see this for yourself by looking at the sources on the wikipedia page,

The closest thing is basically for genetic researchers to claim that there is no such thing as race, because technically we are all genetic mutants and thus race would be almost impossible to define on this accord. Problem with this logic is it's basically the same thing as saying that the number 2 doesn't exist since you can't define where a 1 followed by infinite 0.999999999 ends and becomes a 2.
The fact is, no one is going to ask these questions because it's career suicide.
