I'm talking about, basically, fantasizing a lifestyle you can experience right now. And but that I mean a process of experience. How would you life and what would it be like, not some place you have to get to, but how to be. Something that's stimulative.
The singular nature of an addiction is, imo, one of the biggest problems. You build one tower in yourself so high that mother else can compare and thus nothing else can stimulate and ignite in the same way.
That's why I'm saying you have to condition in something new that can become very stimulating as well.
You fantasize (meditate) on this way to be that interests you, you keep doing that. You engage in it in reality, validate it while it's happening.
Think of the roots of this stuff. The brain just wants stimulation.
When you can teach yourself to be illuminated by anything, and potently, you have the keys to easily step away from any addiction. But for starters, beginning a journey to create another lifestyle to be very stimulating and engaging is a good route.
