Scientifically speaking, which is the best mental disorder to have? Factor in things like social repercussions, medication expenses, end-of-life care, medical appointment frequency and intellectual impairment.

I think it depends on personality. We've likely just adapted our personalities to suit our cognitive styles and so this is all subjective. The average person would not want Asperger's, but I have adapted to it in such a way where it is advantageous to me. Maybe that happened to you with your OCD, but it didn't for me, cause I think that adapting to more than one mental condition is a bit of a challenge. I'm really more of the low conscientiousness ENTP type than the high conscientious INTJ typical OCD aspie type, might eventually change though, my conscientiousness has been going up, and I'm started to get better at not just relying on intuition, now that education is getting mildly challenging.

That's my take as well. Logically you should strive to drop entropy within your system, no? Then isn't your brain forcing you to do just that beneficial as well? Did you really waste your calories for nothing by washing your hands 10 times a day or ordering your room to a more predictable state which you'd have done anyway, or going back home to be absolutely sure that the stove was in fact off? Notice how people who live like pic related are always the underclass, as if the inability to maintain order is somehow correlated to low intelligence. It's almost as if we evolved intelligence to specifically administer higher and more abstract levels of order.

What mental disorder do I have? I get intrusive thoughts that are memories from a long time ago, I'm talking 5-10+ years ago, and they cause me to feel distress or embarrassment (since they were embrassing situations). I have a response to these thoughts which is usually talking to myself as if I was still there or telling myself that I wish these people ceased to exist in my thoughts. If someone really upsets me, such as by looking down at me, I can find myself randomly ruminating about bad things I want to do to them and I actually get an adrenaline response. Usually I notice myself doing it and stop. The only time I don't have this happen is when I'm drunk or with people who I really like. Am I autistic? Sociopath? Retard?

Having Bipolar Disorder isn't too bad.

Assuming its not severe, I mean. Hypomania is pretty fucking cool, and at least you're not depressed all the time.

Bipolar disorder. Now that we have meds to deal with the depressive episodes, you're left with large euphoric episodes. Supposedly, a lot of famous people had bipolar disorder and done their famous work during this period.

Normal. All those happen to regular people especially fantasizing about bad things happening to people you hate or who hurt you... its a kind of basic cope when you the situation doesn't allow real retribution, the brain dreams up those scenes so you feel better and because it feels nice (the mild adrenaline rush) you are better able to remember these are bad people if it comes up in the future. This is how revenge works, this subtle private fantasys we all have, not some boiling rage and determination. Its meant to quietly outlast and never be forgotten and this does exactly that.

Remembering embarrassing moments even from years ago is so you can avoid doing that in the future. Your brain really doesn't want to be embarrassed.

There doesn't exist a mental disorder with the name of 'psychopathy'.
The proper name for what you refer to is ASPD - Anti Social Personality Disorder.
Moreover, I have ASPD and it's not as rosy as you are let to believe. I would rather have a different disorder (such as autism). I'm constantly bored due to the dull range of emotions. Moreover, social interactions are taxing for me (that's why it's called Anti Social).

The person itself, and in some cases the people around them. It all hinges on how disfunctional the subject becomes as a consequence of the disorder. A friend psychiatrist once jokingly said that hearing voices in your head is fine, as long as they tell you good and helpful things.

Sounds like anxiety. Everyone has thoughts they look back on and are embarrassed. It's normal. In your case you just haven't attempted to look past and accept that it happened and you can never change it. It's a simple solution but it's hard to come by

Its manageable if you have an excellent support system. It's really unpleasant to go through the lows, but it's sort of a faustian bargain. The highs seem worth it when you're in them. I know this firsthand.

i think it has to do with intense cyclical downregulation and upregulation of neurotransmitter receptors (dopamine for instance). This results in productive euphoric highs and depressive anhedonic lows.
