The ancient aryans we know were 15 feet tall though just 5k years ago so calling them giants at a time when everyone were "giants" is kind of pointless.
Personally I think they are from another dimension and spawn into avatars during certain periods of yugas as the Vedas say they do. I don't trust any Abrahamic bs because it is brainlet tier shit from people less intelligent, plagarizations and psyops but the Vedas I always trust as I have never proven them to be wrong.
