What is the probability to cut a DNA strip in half when for example slicing a piece of meat? I guess it happen all the time, but if so a DNA test may pick up half a DNA... Is there a probability analysis with X number of DNA parts and you have to collect Y in order to be sure you have found Z because it is assumed to be of higher concentration?

Just curious!

I have dived into the deep end of ignorance and feel I can keep that flame alive some more, so what about burning? Does that keep the covalent bond? If yes at what temperatures does it break and what happens then?

You might be able to do it with an AFM tip if you were lucky. But you're much more likely to just crush it.

Yes, when sequencing a sample there are computational methods for determining completeness, contamination, quality etc. that are used in quality control steps.

Timed chemical mechanics. destabiliser and deactivator and stabiliser. The idea I guess is find estimate of dna in mass. And get time a volume will deplete the mass. There are ways to separate or centrifugate particles to corresponding size or quality. The Pxx tests aren’t so accurate at measuring anything for example. It just says something is there that’s conclusive. But is Z there? Inconclusive.

Reverse rice flour gluten theory. You can pulverise rice to flour however it would not be the same as if it were smashed. Which may mean gluten is a byproduct chemical reaction of smashing. And not necessarily within the rice grain until the right damage to cell wall occurs. Gluten is a protein. Is there a chemical that reacts with protein to convert it into gluten? Solely occurring after popping cells and not cutting?
