Which language is worth learning?
C++ or Python? I’d also like to be well versed in either language by December, so which one is realistically easier to learn in that time frame that will allow me to be employable as a software engineer? Just looking for some advice

Check the job listings. C++ is more standard for software but it really depends on what the company is doing.

My main goal for the time being is to be a code monkey. While I work on my business ventures outside of my work life. I’ve dabbled a little bit in both languages and took some data structure & algorithms courses when I was still in college. I’d just like to make about 90k yearly which is almost 2x what I’m making as an IT help desk wagie.

I’m able to see jobs SE jobs for both languages, but when it comes to Python I feel like I need to know various frameworks.
