Seriously, how can we solve the problem of retards teaching? Nobody who is really good in a certain field wants to become a teacher because there's obviously better things to do with the skills and knowledge, but in my experience only those who would be absolutely unable to find a job in the private sector go into teaching because they get high job security.
There must be a way to change that, even giving students books to read only instead of coming to school would be better.
