b) even if the occipital lobe was a fucking unit, what theoretical advantages would it give horatio over the average human? for reference, a lot of his society is based around physical beauty and elegance. so much so that his ships cost 20% extra to make as the extra cost is attributed to the engineers spending resources to make the ships look aesthetically pleasing. could this be a result of him having a large part of his brain dedicated to vision and sensory input?
