"calculus a complete course" has all the basic calculus concepts you would need from the ground up all broken up into small sections and a buncha problems for each section
would recommend for starting out on maths for engineering

The answer changes greatly considering where you are and where you want to go: each field of science has its mathematical needs, where pure math itself is quite different from the applied math you need for various sciences. A biologist might not need much math at all, a chemist a bit more, engineers mainly use calculus, and so on.
So what is your current level, and what is your area of interest?
