Can the human nose change shape? I'm not referring to whether it grows as we age as our ears do, but can it change its shape if you chronically apply pressure to it, or make facial expressions and so on? I understand that it is composed of cartilage and muscle, but that these are facial muscle and which do not grow or atrophy.
