Guys i have learned if you want to boost your vitality, eat unprocessed meat, much veggies and fruit, and sports.
But if you just dont want to degenerate your health its enough if you eat like a big hand of fruits and veggis, if you have done that you can basically souffle everything into you all day long as long it doesnt contain much sugar.

But i guess everyone is different.

"Meat lookalike" isn't a real thing. There is nothing about a nugget or a patty that is inherently meat. Just because these things were first made with meat does not mean they are inherently meat foods. Once vegans succeed in translating all forms of fast food into vegan alternatives, then meat will be outlawed and we can all move on to superior plant based foods.

I suppose it depends on whether you grew up as a vegan or became one later in life. Back when I was a vegan I didn't buy vegan meme products but still sometimes craved meat and cheese. Today there are much better vegan products.
