-get enough physical activity
-drink enough water
-don't smoke tobacco
-don't drink any alcohol
-don't use illegal drugs
-don't ride a motorcycle
-don't have unprotected anal sex with randos
then how bad is it actually for you to eat at McDonald's once a day?
And how would it compare to not ever eating at McDonald's and instead changing any single item on that list?
