ok so first assume that $E[\epsilon]=0$ . We also assume sphericity $E[\epsilon^2]=0$

The answer requires sample size, so that you can get the estimator

$\frac{T-k}{T}\sigma^2\$

What is T, what is k, which variance is ?^2?
Also, doesn ?[?^2] = 0 imply that ?=0 almost everywhere?

k being number of predictor variables (in this case, 1)

I made a typo sorry, assuming sphericity of the regressor means that $E[\epsilon^2]=\sigma^2$
