I'm guessing you're from an asian country? I'm an American born chink, this fact has been instilled in me since birth. I'm not kidding, I literally cannot recall a time when I wasn't aware that being asian meant that everyone expected me to be exceptional at every academic facet. It's fucking miserable and there's literally 0 benefit to the stereotype.
