>>12255348poached eggs are good
make sure the yolk is -never- cooked
oatmeal and orange are good
i would add a bit more fat here and that would allow you to dial back the oatmeal a bit, though it might take a minute to learn to fuel more from fats
so avocados, coconut oils.
morning meals should be energy-oriented, imo
your setup is decent, though
lunch i don't really eat, but i think you've got a good layout.
to me, digesting mid day is just going to slow me down
go with olive oil over canola. that shit gets super processed. stick to cold pressed. like i said, learn the smoke points and never exceed them, this will cause oxidative stress in your body.
you can use antioxidants to help combat this, but many antioxidants do different things (manganese comes into play here), so its best to prevent the oxidative stress at the conception, which is cooking.
greek yogurt is fine.
dairy increase mucous in the body which has its own drawbacks, on the brain too.
there is "coconut yogurt", which i'm quite fond of
eat the nuts on their own or with meals that don't have metals. for breakfast would be a good time to eat the nuts.
the seeds you can pretty much eat whenever you want/ chia, hemp. flax, whichever.
i would only recommend you check out local farmers if they exist, and rotate your veggies every now and then to make sure you're getting adequate vitamins
"eat the rainbow" is a simple procedure to follow, just rotate every now and then
your diet is fine though, make sure you're getting plenty of water. steam distilled is best, avoid plastic on your food and water (though harder plastics are okay, but still not optimal, stainless steel and copper is best)
you can also get a TDS meter for cheap to test your water (read up on it if you like)
also recommend taking "cooler" showers, or more body temperature
The things i've listed are for more optimization, but feel free to deviate as you wish. The important thing is that you're feeling healthy.
