My experiences on lucid dreaming

So lately I've been more aware in my dreams and my takeaways are these
- a dream realm is a cold and technological place
- the different dreams are being played as a stories from the same entities
- they don't like you to be aware of being in a dream
- these dream entities like to play with you depending on your mental state - if you are down in real life, they use it to create nightmares
- when you are very happy in real life they can do nothing and have to " play good stories "
... In one of my lucid dreams I asked one of the dream characters what are the dreams for .. he was confused but mumbled something like " t...to focus"
Am I onto something here?
