My teacher asked me today a verification question, something like "the number of neutrons is determined by ...?"
And i don't fucking know by what it's determined.
She told me it's determined by the atomic mass, but isn't it the other way around? Doesn't Ar depend on the number of neutrons?
Okay, if the number of neutrons depends on mass, then when we increase the mass where does the additional neutron come from? does it, like, pop out of void or something?
