I would recommend you try the things I've listed here, there's way more methods to condition too.
I'm not saying you need to be some devout health foods eater, but the idea is to get healthy foods and a broad spectrum of them to be the standard of preference.
When you begin to eat this way, your whole body changes. Every cell in your body changes. It offers you a new state of mind, a new physical experience. This then becomes your standard, and if it is a positive experience, your body will know and attribute it partially to the foods you eat.
If you then eat trashy foods your body will be way more cognizant.
An example
A whole back o was eating poorly. Just gunk mostly. I couldn't even tell while I was in it, but I was miserable. That's how that gunk keeps itself fed. It's like a parasite in your stomach that alters your behavior, body, and state of mind.
Anyway, my bowel movements felt "normal" because they were normalized.
Then I dropped all of it, started eating extremely healthy fresh organic food, generally raw or whole, mostly vegan, some vegetarian.
I didn't even realize how much my body had changed until I did this for a few weeks, had a pizza that I would regularly used to eat, I took a shit and it was a god awful painful experience. It was agonizing. Yet while this was common to me, I felt no discomfort. Because it was normalized, and so too was my miserable state of mind
