I've developed an extreme anxiety about shitting myself after shitting myself in class as a child.
I would unironically kill myself if I shat myself in public again.
scientifically speaking what the fuck is IBS?
I feel like it only happens after eating sometimes and it'll then continue if I eat anything again.
so I often end up being a low energy fucking dead brain retard because I'm just not eating anything from the morning to the late afternoon.
then I eat dinner, suffer, and sleep in the morning because I was up shitting my brains.
it feels worse after being fast then eating.
eating any random item at a normal time may activate it.
even liquids can trigger it.
even the temperature can affect it.
I feel like when isolation is done I'm going to end up fucking dying and failing my classes.
I've been testing different diets lately.
like eating only the food I know usually doesn't cause a reaction.
fruit is usually safe.
but I in general have an anxiety about shitting.
how can I get energy without shitting?
