Can hallucinogens positively impact mental ability? I've taken acid a few times in my life and in the weeks after I took it I noticed a marked increase in my ability to do mathematics. Am I imagining this or is there something to this? I know that the effects of something like LSD vary from person to person and can depend on the circumstances of their environment and mental state.
