What's needed in order to overwrite some neural connections which are responsable of addictions (smoking ) and come out with a ''fresh'' brain
Think about it as a reset of some addictions/habits

Just have enough willpower to not form the addictions in the first place. I've been smoking on & off for 12 years and not a single time when I've quit cold turkey gotten any of the physical/mental signs of an addiction. So at least on my anecdotal case it's entirely possible to wire your body to be highly resistant to addictions

Depends how old you are. Once you're past 25 or 26, your brain loses its neuroplasticity in the important regions and you can only modify habits. You cannot extirpate them beyond that point without severe and sometimes dangerous pharmacological modalities. Case in point, cooming. I readily quit in early life went months without it. Now it is part of me. Why do you think redditors view quitting masturbation as impossible? The ones saying this are dude bros in their 30s and this is so ingrained that it is a function like urination to them and they unironically liken it to breathing. However, they dug their own hole here. Had they not habitually maintained sexual release daily or multiple times daily, they would not be such slaves. But they did, their neuroplasticity ceased, and it is now a part of them until they die. Change your bad habits and ways before you turn 25 or else you're screwed and are going to be a spectator to your own life and nothing more than a advanced dog responding to a series of primal cues, fed by maladaptive feedback loops. In a word, you aren't going to make it.

Yes. Neural connections are all about reinforcements of cues. Take a look at how we train animals, whether its how to poop in right spot/do tricks/etc. You do something nice, get reward. You can also do the same exact thing in reverse. You do something bad, get punished.

Suppose you have a weed addiction. Each time you try to smoke, punch yourself in the nose. Sooner or later, you'll learn your lesson and get a pain cue anytime you see a weed.

addiction is just a pseud idea, desu. no such thing. and ill prove this by asking a simple question. at what point do you become addicted to something?

addiction is just a word psychologists use for an extreme enjoyment of something. just like how i enjoy running because i do so everyday, a pseud psychologist could say that i am addicted.

Do drug addicts hate doing drugs, are porn addicts disgusted by porn? No, they may be disgusted at the idea that they do it too much, but while they are doing whatever they are addicted to, they are enjoying themselves
