Mainstream science channels (e.g. Kurzgesagt, SciShow, Veritasium, the IFLS! mutants senpai, etc) try to chew more than they can fit in their mouths, so they will never have the substance or depth as a guy who only focuses on the 2 or 3 subjects that interest him the most.
