I think it develops in People with social problems. Like in all this to catch a predator shows, all the guys seem like total autists who’ve never touched a woman before. Of course there are other sorts of pedos who seem like they just enjoy abusing children. But it seems a large percentage of them are made that way due to not maturing emotionally. This is likely due to social isolation and lack of real world romantic experience.
Just my thoughts. The idea that are born a pedo makes little sense.
