im not an expert at this or anything but try taking fexofenadine (brand name allegra). it's the only anthistamine with zero blood brain barrier penetration, so theoretically it would help block the peripheral body effects of modafinil (and with it the acne) without interfering with the brain stimulating effects of it

Also does modafinil, induce extreme time distortion? Because 1 day subjectively feels like maybe 4 hours long. It’s ridiculous. I could be doing something for what feels like 8 hours and it’s been 24 hours. The sun came up, went down, and came up again.

I think picked a too severe picture. This is how it really looks, it’s just in the middle of my chest. But I wouldn’t want it to get worse. I don’t have flu like symptoms and it’s not affecting my mucus membranes. I think the histamine just aggravated my acne a little.

It doesn't look like anything too serious at this point, but I would keep a close eye on it and watch for any signs of it getting worse. If it's just a bit of redness and maybe a little itching you're probably fine, but if you start getting fever or blistering or unexpected bruises or it expanding anywhere else you should definitely stop taking it.
