I got that thought with something I was told about if you watch with a telescope the earth from billions of light years, you could see the dinosaurs. So in a sense, everything that happens in the universe is recorded and a device tapingin that are would be possible? Imagine watching unknown events from all angles, like who killed JF Kennedy, how many people on earth lived exactly or the origin of the cosmos and planets.
