The populace will ask the government to have that treatment for free, forbid it until it can, or change IP laws. The richs will have to hide in tax/longevity heaven (just to avoid being killed by their children) and as long as they exists as a person their belonging can be expropriated. If they try to have fake identity what they own will leave too many trace.
