#4 reportan, this is my first year in Robotics at ETH Zurich.>How demanding is it?
It’s definitely more demanding than the uni I did the bachelors in, however, if one is good with math, it’s not that much of a burden. I still get to hang out with frens, and do hikes/runs in Switzerland, which is amazing. Pic rel is Uetliberg, where I run on weekends.> other students
Mixed. There are some people who are very top notch, and there are others who are not. Phds are all very top, though they have mixed capabilities when it comes to teaching.> professors
That makes the biggest difference with my first uni (TU Budapest). Here, all profs are top of their field, and most of them are good lecturers as well.
From my experience so far, I can only recommend ETHZ for STEMbros. Switzerland is a great country too, and if you come for your masters, you don’t even have to speak German (its recommended to learn though).
