What are some of the arguments for/ against Materialism, Dualism, and Panpsychism?

What model do you think fits reality, and can explain consciousness and other phenomena most accurately?

I am currently biased towards panpsychism as a curiosity, and I would like to debate/ discuss it to further my research/ understanding of it.
