Part of controlling population quality and quantity is inserting elements and interfaces which modulate when they meet, and how they perceive, mates. I was talking about this more than 10 years ago in terms of even the most basic things, like a GPS navigation app or self driving car, drawing from a centralized database of psychological profiles and other sensors, could determine the route based on who it wants you to meet, not meet, see, not see. Everyone was way too clamped as usual to cede any ground in their starry eyed delusions of inborn free will. Some have begun to unclamp, or perhaps are more vocal now in the actual implications for daily life, but many are still clamped. They act as scenery, golem automatons, playthings, chaff. Enough vampiric chaff to drain and drown you, that is, if like me you are a fool and have treated them as having equal potential.
There is now an entire generation growing up who have used external devices in the same way we grew up using our own brain. A large chunk of the mind, the self, and honestly probably the brain proper, is now carried in the pocket, in the form of the mobile phone. One day they will look to an app to determine which direction they shouldd go, whether their peepee should be hard, who they shou;d find attractive, and for the precise implementation of the principles by which they ought to live their lives for it to be "the good life". They will be put within a structure so precise, so well defined, so all permeating, that from birth they will be trained to move amdist its matrix, truly believing they are free. A beautiful mountain field is quite beautiful, unless you try to leave the bounds of you pen and find that great potential, that horizon, is painted onto solid cement. This shall be their lives.
