is it worth doing a PhD in this field? I'm currently a EE at a top university. I am starting to develop a deep interest for the field and im gonna go to IEEE Brain and neuromatch 3.0 to learn more. Since its so new is there a lot of potential for people to come in and make major contributions to neural engineering and neural science as a whole?
