I've been feeling pretty low lately with the pandemic and work. I'm a researcher on a fairly upward trajectory, but I'm finding that I'm using alcohol as a crutch. There are no problems when I'm riding the highs from my work, but the subsequent lows are brutal. I guess another aspect that's stressing me out is that as I'm getting older, booze is affecting my life more. What do people here recommend?
