Any auto engineers on this board?
I considered posing the question to /o/ but I imagine they'd struggle with the specifics of the matter.
Tl;dr If one was to filter air entering an internal combustion engine, removing nitrogen/argon and pumping pure oxygen into combustion, would it reduce emissions or ruin the combustion process ?
The logic being, if you take nitrogen out of the reaction, you can't make nitrogen monoxide/dioxide.
