Scientifically speaking, how do I get more energy? I wake up at 5:30am everyday except the weekend. I go to the gym, train for 1 - 1.5 hours. I come home, have breakfast, relax, and get ready for classes. By 2-3pm in the afternoon, I am completely destroyed and can barely concentrate. I end up meandering and doing work with minimum effort until 5-6pm, despite having classes that late some days. 7-8pm, I get in bed, and fall asleep at around 9-10pm.
How does an old fat guy like Trump have so much more energy than me?
I take the recommended supplements, such as vitamin D, fish oil, and zinc.
