I may be misunderstanding, but is it to investigate whether isolation/loneliness has neurological consequences that exacerbate Alzheimers pathology? Could be helpful. It doesn't seem to be nonsense correlational research.

that's not that much for this desu. i don't see what is the issue here they are studying brain structure in advanced degradation and what a certain known negative stimuli does to it.
