the scientific models of the universe are all based on observed facts but the facts themselves don't make any sense. Why does the universe exist in such a particular and seemingly arbitrary fashion? nothing makes any sense. Science just keeps discovering that nothing makes any sense at all. Apparently there is true randomness in the universe too now, meaning it is impossible to determine certain outcomes and apparently there is evidence against the possibility of hidden variables too.
