You had a stroke. Not a TIA.
Probably sub-detection treshhold of CT scanning but could've shown up on MRI

Or you just got older, did too much drugs or too much 4chan memes.

You can use proton therapy to clear arteries. MRI and vein scraping exist too. Some software to locate potential blockages would be nice.
