Autism. The conduct of science should have no ethical limitations except for limits which prevent the unnecessary suffering of conscious beings. Making monster movie tier dinosaurs is rad as fuck and doesn't hurt anyone unless you fuck up so bad that the only explanation for the severity of the fuck up is that the plot demanded it.

I fucking hate this guy. He barely scratches the surface of the topics he brings up and says just enough to sound like a genius to the ignorant. There's no reason we shouldn't bring back dinosaurs. The absolute worst thing that could happen in a Jurassic Park scenario is not that they escape and kill everyone, but that they become yet another invasive species. Dinosaur predators don't pose any more of a threat to humans than modern ones do, and in fact they're probably less of a threat because there were as dumb as bricks.

Its dishonest because it paints the issue as scientists doing dangerous stuff just for the sake of curiosity and grandeur when its obviously a commercial ploy funded by people who are not scientists and whose interest is simply making money.

That's because you are using it twice in the same phrase, so it soundes repetitive. However, the second sentence is a counter part for the first, so repeating the same structure sounds better from a stylistic perspective.
