Imagine a heap of cells (a multicellular organism) that will start, by chance and after billions of tries, to create a specialized cell (the spermatozoid) and at the same time create by chance and after billions of tries all the structures necessary to maintain this cell and eject it to another organism.
Now imagine that parallel to this and always by pure chance and after billions of attempts, a female organism does the same, creates a specialized cell (the egg) and all the structures necessary to maintain this cell and to receive the male cell. This female organism will have at the same time, and by chance, created all the structures necessary for the growth and maintenance of the new organism created by fertilization.
