Women are smarter then men on average, as many have already said, and in my experience this is absolutely true. I very rarely meet stupid women. 95% of women I know are average intelligence, if not slightly above average. They can always do the work, as long as they are instructed properly, as they are very good listeners, good at taking orders, and good at memorization. Men on the other hand, are either retarded and useless, slightly below average, or gifted with autism; there is no in between with them. By large they are usually the first two, but in addition are also too independent, selfish, arrogant, hate authority, and incompetent. Women are far better employees. However, the men that are intelligent? You could take 1000 women and they couldn't beat him. The good men seem to have very high peaks, if not limitless, while women, who yes are usually intelligent, peak very hard and very early.
So most women are good, but a few men are the best. Do not confuse their emotional states with stupidity, they are not stupid, just pumped full of estrogen. You will see if you ever get married. Women are clever little fuckers and their emotions and irrationality will get the best of you, since men do not understand such state of minds.
As for blacks, they're all poor, and hence all retarded. Most poor whites are retards too. The difference is poor whites can still get a decent education. I have met a decent amount of intelligent blacks, but no high iq ones yet.
