Guys I'm a bit worried. I think I have done retarded stuff with both lasers and carbon arc lamps and now I have my retinas fucked up. Is there any simple way to know for sure without going to the docto?

Look at a well lit piece of paper with a few small dark marks on it and move your head around while keeping your eyes fixed. if you have the dark marks vanishing in a bunch of areas then congrats your eyes are really bad.

get any optometrist or ophthalmologist to look on your retina, this can be done without mydriatic device but to be 100% sure you need OCT + Fundus pic done, all layers needs to be checked.
