The need to create frames of reference causes me to think of alternative overarching systems to use in terms of everything and counteract oppressive forces of randomness and abitraryness. First begins with the use of symbols to define all things as it is the most powerful known way of expression, alternatives being things such as thinking in terms of literal visual situations which is limited seeing as there is no means to abstract beyond the use of implication
