Then I would take magnesium to replace the neurotransmitters (not sure if this is what happened but taking it helped). I heard lithium also helps. if it’s still there, then there was some permanent alterations in your brain. the hallucinogen may have changed the thresholds in your neural systems.
You visual perception uses a bunch of tricks. If you look at your room, most of the visual perception is from memory and not from pure sensory input. Try experiencing new visual perceptions that will stimulate new perception all neural pathways.
at the end of the day, you need to reset your vision or whatever is affected. another theory I have is that some of the hallucinogenic compound was stored in fat because of release of cortisol from a high anxiety trip. Then it is slowly released. If this might be the case, then you have to burn off a bunch of fat before it can go away.
