>>12223300For graduate schools, if your gpa isn't the best, get a masters at a decent state school. Make sure your grades and thesis are stellar. Get great recommendations and maybe get a paper or two published. Then apply to a big name school with a large department where there's a lot of research funding and people who do the type of research you're interested in.
