I have intrusive toughts when I am having sex and this don't make me able to cum fast enough or get fully erected
Is this a deficit attention problem related thing or not?
Is it related to low dopamine production/DAT transporter? Or low sertonin?

Then eventually the cogs of OCD will rust under the strain of utter random crazy shit.

Some eerie statement I remember from a song artist, sounded like some demonic illuminati shit, but it was, "I feel sorry for those who can't be crazy.".

It touches on two things, why are we concerned of what others might think what we do in our private lifes? and don't stop your biological self due to a imaginary societal behavioral idea - we all learn all the time, even the 'best' minds.
So being crazy is nothing more than getting to grips and/or untangling a knot that could be extremely elaborate, only mere craziness could untie it, because its very nature is crazy and crazy made it.

I give an example, a face of someone trying to untangle a nightmare knot always looks scrunched, silly, funny, livid etc. If the knot is inside your head, how must you look or feel untangling the mental knot? I would wager, pretty much the same, though an ethereal knot might be different, but you get the idea.

The stigma to refrain from added franticness is a grim evil in society.

When you have a block in the pips, you add more pressure to it, to get to go.

In the physical world we use harsh methods sometimes to resolve harsh problems.

I don't think so.. on a rational point I understand the irrationality of my rituals.. but it's like I am forced by the compulsion to pratice the ritual. What the fuck does it happen scientifically speacking?

don't get caught up in having to know exactly what causes these symptoms, it actually doesn't matter so much. I don't think there's been any research that conclusively found a provable link between 'neurotransmitter deficiencies' and mental health problems.

The biggest thing that makes OCD worse are the compulsions, it's quite a lot like an addiction.

Every compulsion you do might give you momentary relief, but it also teaches the brain that whatever you think its keeping you safe from MATTERS. and will throw up the thoughts/feelings your'e trying to neutralise with rituals again and again because it sees the pattern of action>relief, reinforcing this behaviour and in the long term making the condition worse

Ok... so you suggest to do not follow the compulsive ritual an then what? just suffer the lack of dopamine reward without doing nothing?

Yes, cutting out the compulsions you should definitely do. The other important thing is getting on with living your life!

We can practise doing the things we value /while/ we feel anxious/sad/afraid and even when have a strong urge to ritualise.

Learning mindfulness with meditation helped me refocus my attention on the present moment.

It was helpful for me to work with a therapist, in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) a gradual approach to cutting out compulsions, starting with the least distressing stuff first, is normally taken to make the steps easier to make.
ERP is basically about noticing the urge to ritualise and then NOT doing it. By not reacting to the urge we show out brain it's not important and the brain will stop making it out to be such a big deal.

Right, it can be a really uncomfortable experience!
getting good at mindfulness has helped me notice the urge to do compulsions, cut them out, and give focus to what I care about.

What is the point in ruminating about it? Why do it? Probably to try and get rid of bad feelings. It’s a compulsion bro.

I really can’t recommend mark freeman’s videos enough.
In this vid he makes an analogy that compares having a thought to hearing someone shout at you in the street, and thinking to walking up to the person to argue with them about what they said because you don’t like it.

That’s normal, I did too! Anxiety can’t hurt us though, and yes when cutting out any compulsions we will feel extra anxious, temporarily. Distress will go up very high very quickly and come back down naturally, albeit slowly.

This is the essence of Exposure Response Prevention therapy. We get exposed to a distress, and instead of responding to it with a stupid compulsion we let the distress be there.

We can still function, doing the things that are going to help us be healthy and happy even when we are anxious. Or depressed. Or angry. Or experiencing any thought or feeling at all

I see, I don't have visible compulsions that I do physically, so my compulsions are all in my head like ruminating and reacting to the intrusive thoughts/images so I need to notice that urge then and not follow through, I can definitely see where practicing mindfulness can help with that then, for non-reactivity

yeah, it really helped me tackling OCD as well as other things, like noisy eaters at the dinner table. not focusing in on it really helps the meal be an enjoyable experience.

Avoiding and trying to get rid of stress and anxiety is the problem in OCD, the more behaviours you do trying to achieve that, the more of those things you'll get.

Cutting out compulsions is a big undertaking, yes, but it is so so worth it. The high distress is temporary and you can start investing time and energy in something you value instead!
