It isn't strength to struggle alone. Your classmates probably understand the material as well as you because it is socially reinforced. Also, if you had to explain the content to your classmates, you'd probably understand it better.

You should email somebody from that class and ask if they have a study group you can join.

If you gather evidence you can report them for unauthorized collaboration, which in my uni is classified as cheating.
but the teacher might just say they don't give a fuck and had no rules against it and you'll be seen as a huge asshole.
I've seen students literally give libgen links and discord links for classes.
people are such assholes.

I have only ever joined study groups to help people. If you are studying, then you already failed. You should be ahead at least a semester worth of curriculum, but preferably a year or more. This is the secret to effortless good grades.
What does this mean in practice? You have a buffer zone of curriculum to build up. That means crunch time for a little while. Once that buffer is there, you can go back to regular study sessions but you will be studying for the classes next semester.

I think this is good advice, it basically turns the class into a review to reinforce what you've already learned. However, most people (including me) won't be dedicated enough to study that far in advance.
