Ok, call me a stupid retard who should just be shot in the face and ground into dogmeat, but I don't know why, from really simple axioms up, that Pi = 3.14... .
Why is it 3.14... specifically?
Don't dumb it down.
From axioms up, why that.
Why, looking at a circle, and knowing how a circle is produced by taking all the points a certain distance from the centrepoint, do we know that the ratio of the circumference to the diameter is 3.14... : 1 ?
Don't just throw a Taylor series at me with no explanation of why it works. Don't just lmao integrals at me. Explain to me, from the most basic axioms up, why Pi = 3.14... .
Thank you esteemed scholars.
